I guess we should define flirting. I think women give a half-smile and think that's "loud and clear". And for the most part, a man can't be alone. So, ogling at the gym? Doesn't happen for dudes.

I definitely know what you mean. I am very shy 40 year old woman and just mind my own business most of the time. Since I have lost 17.5 lbs...all of a sudden everyone wants to talk to me and they look at me differently. Also have noticed lots of flirting. I have no idea how to react to this and feel really awkward. It is like I am a teenager again...lol. I am single so I guess this is a good thing once I figure out how to deal with the attention.
I think the biggest impact on this is the weight loss combined with how strong and healthy you feel. Healthy is beautiful and it shines through in your personality!!!
