I've been trying to get most of my calories from fat, but I'm having problems finding good sources. I've been literally drinking coconut oil. I know this isn't bad, but I need a little variety.
I had sausage for breakfast today, bacon yesterday. I have been eating a lot of avacadoes, but I don't want to make myself sick of them.
I'm trying not to eat too much protein, and I haven't been eating grains or sugar for 3 weeks.
WHERE'S THE FAT?
