Grilled (broiled) wild Alaskan keto salmon fillets (3.00 GBP from Sainsbury's), couple of small organic globe artichokes with Abel & Cole mayonnaise. OH had frozen organic petits pois with his salmon.
Sussex strawberries picked by my mother, organic creme fraiche for me, Kelly's of Cornwall clotted cream ice cream for OH.

i bought some beef liver today, guess i'll have it tomorrow, not sure how i'll cook it as haven't eaten it for about 30 years...is so cheap though i think it might become a large part of my diet
