So who's gonna put together the spotify playlist?
I nominate you.
You're doing it wrong...
I would listen to music that unloads my rage, not semi-fueling it. This would vary and basically just be music that I like. Somewhere between rock, country, reggae/ska, and soul.

Rammstein
Godsmack

By the posts, I don't think this is what y'all are looking for, but I am another of those who looks for something a little less, um, energetic and intense, than the rage itself.
Last time I listened to anything kinda like what I am seeing here, it was Iced Earth. My husband is a childhood friend of Jon Schaffer.

I totally forgot Suicidal Tendencies. I think "Institutionalized" was my favorite song in high-school. Which was a long time ago.

OK, I have to ask. Would one of you younguns please explain in terms a 50 year old person could understand what exactly is "Rage Music". I googled and that just left me more perplexed.
Is it music you put on and crank up loud when you are pissed off at the world? Is it wild party music? What? Please enlighten me and keep me from turning into a dinosaur.
