I now have a new thing on my 'to do' list. :o
I NEED to try this.
Been doing my own "noodles" with some almond milk, spices and gelatin even if it's not even nutritious, just to have the feeling of some chinese noodles for quite a while now (Tired of having to find/buy shirataki konjac noodles)
But this... must taste heavenly.
EDIT: Hell yeah let's make noodles with egg whites and gelatin. Cut them into thin stripes. Will taste awesome in a wok :D
