I don't think you should compete with your husband in anything.
And I think you should write shorter posts.
First you need some rohypnol...
Every thing you mentioned will be easy with the exception of the pull-ups. Live the primal lifestyle and you will hit the weight loss goals no problem. I was able to go from 14 to 100 pushups in 6 weeks, you can go from none to 5 in that time no problem.
Pull ups, start with assisted and go from there. Use a chair or something for the assisted part. And Greese the Grove on the pullups. In other words, every time you walk past that pull up bar where ever you have it hanging, try to do a pull up.....
The main concern about this is not jeopardizing your milk supply. Basically, eat when you are hungry.
Things that might not affect your milk supply is if you cut out as much of the fruit as you can. That should really help. Also, the cheese and raw milk--limit that.
Walk as much as you can. You have three kids--so I can imagine you are short on time...and energy at times! Best of luck.
After I was done with nursing, I just cut out carbs even from sweet potatoes, squashes, etc. It worked for me. Can do it during nursing? Or, is it ok to do it while nursing? Hmmm. I dont know, so I cant answer that one.
Sure you can! And don't mind the chump nay sayers. Competition is great for you!
