Sunday. Well, I fell off of the journalling bandwagon since being on vacation. I can say that I've eaten clean, too hot too even eat too much. From recording my food and activities I have learned that I can probably eat a bit better. But balancing that will daily life and fun may not be worth it. Just need to determine priorities.
Down 3 lbs! Complete shocker! So maybe this journalling has something to it. I really am not on a weight loss mission, more health and fitness. I've been around 132-133 for a year, primal for 1.5 years. 129 the past couple of days. Most of my improvements were in body composition prior. But, I journalled to keep an eye on my food, and at the same time did not weigh myself, and had some time off of work. About a week after I stopped writing this all down, the weight loss showed up. Probably many factors here, but really, this is awesome.
