This is what I have. Looks like I didn't remember the price. Can you buy from Amazon in Canada?

Ok y'all. I ordered some supplements, and then I couldnt remember why.
Well, I just found the note I sent to myself so I don't know where I got this information. Anyone know anything about Bitter Melon & CT?
Here is the note I sent myself
Bitter melon extract has been known to increase BAT production, take the supplement 2-3 hours before your CB for maximum effectiveness.
I did a 40 minute. I have been slacking but my motivation was that I am seeing definition in my calves that I can't explain. I have been active but nothing specifically targeting my calves on purpose. I have been CTing for about a month, so I am not sure if this is the reason, or one of the reasons, but I am hoping it is a benefit.
I also laid on my ice pack when I went to bed. It wasnt all the way frozen (I forgot to put it in the freezer until late afternoon) so I was not worried about frost bite.

Ditto on the calf definition which I ascribe simply to decreasing overall body fat. Been doing cold showers for almost 3 weeks now and dropped 1-2% BF after being stuck for over a month. Obviously can't prove a causal relationship here but pretty happy with how things are going.

Where did everyone go? I have only been spot chilling because motility issues and a wonky heart make cold showers and tub baths impossible, as well as likely inadvisable. But ice packs on the love handles - that I can do. Except my love handles are more front and center. Anyway, I have to go - lightning storm .Come back, everybody. I miss your chilly tales. ;-)

Wow, that's cool. Since I am new on Primal, I will take all these advises. Normally I doesn't take cold stuffs, but if its helping for fitness, then why shouldn't I.. thanks :)

I think I read awhile back that you should spot ice for two weeks and then take a break. Is that correct or no?

I've still been cold showering essentially daily. Of late, though, with the prolonged temps in triple digits, I've had a hard time getting the water much cold at all! (Kinda disappointing!)

In the 1980s, while continuing his research on the effects of Whole Body Cryotherapy, Dr.Yamaguchi and his associates came to the conclusion that rapid short-term freezing of the skin’s surface to a temperature of approximately 30°F while inside the cryosauna has a more beneficial effect on the human body than its gradual cooling while immersed in an ice bath, where the lowest temperature possible is approximately 41°F.
As a result of Dr. Yamaguchi’s research, along with several other medical professionals around the world, modern medicine is able to understand what happens to the body when inside the cryosauna and what the ultimate benefits may be.
