I've never been on a cruise either... I don't feel deprived.
Take lots of pictures. In a couple of years you'll love hearing people look at them and commenting on how much better you look than back then. ;)
Seriously. I was at my top weight for my son's wedding. Whenever people look at the pictures, I get comments. Especially from the people who see me every day and are used to how I look now. It kind of jolts them to be reminded of what I used to be.

I will take lots of pics that is one thing that is a hobby of mine is photography. I'm not sure If I will take my Big camera though. I may just take hubs camera it's got all the features I need and it fits in the pocket. Plus it takes video.
Back down to 187.5 which means the next move is downward further. I am hoping for 185 in the next week or so. :)
I made a casserole last night with spagetti squash - it turned out watery I think I added too much tomato sauce. or not enough egg or something.

Once I got past all of the weird looks for not eating grains and sugar it's been pretty easy to stick with.
I had a problem finding the Coconut milk and once I found it I grabbed 4 cartons of it. lol.
Today so far
B- boiled egg
L - chicken breat with rib meat/zuchini /squash
D - probably eggs with fruit and coconut milk.
Saw your comment about chili on Judg's journal. Recently I have been making my beef stew with chunks of sweet potato. The sweet potato just falls apart after two hours of simmering, and makes the stew nice and thick. It might work well in chili, too.
That's a really good idea! I haven't made beef stew in a while either...hmmmmm....
Oooh, I like that idea too. :) I like adding a peeled apple to my beef stews, for the flavour. It also reduces to apple sauce. Hmm, that might work in the chili too... Apples or sweet potatoes.

186.5 this morning. I got off and on the scale like 5x.
Lastnight I did not get to lift heavy things - my family made sure of this - we had a confrontation going on between DS and DH and I get stuck in the middle everytime. I'm at the point where all I want to do is give them boxing gloves and tell them to go outside beat the shit out of each other and get it out of their system.
It's a teenage issue of dreams versus real life.
I want to IF till about 2 or 3 today which should be obtainable b/c I am not hungry atm.
I have a paper due tomorrow and if it deosn't get done tonight I will not be going to the track with DH, b/c he can't guarantee what time we get home at night and the profeesor doesn't accept late work. 5 pages I'm on page 1. I don't think i'll be going to the track Saturday - which is fine with me it's supposed to be hot.
Well i was looking at bathing suits today online - gonna buy on before I go on our cruise. :)
