Pulled Pork?
OK, I've had a package of Costco pulled pork sitting in the fridge for a while now because I have no clue what to do with it. I thought I had an idea when I bought it. But I can't recall what that was. The package shows pictures of BBQ pork sandwiches on big fat buns, or pork burritos or tacos. Not helpful in the primal world.
What can I do with pulled pork that's primal (besides eat it straight)? Suggestions?

Pile of pulled pork + side of veggies/sweet potatoes/rice
Bonus points if you include finely shredded red cabbage with green onions and a lemon/mustard/ACV emulsion

Pile it on top of some fresh spinach and top with a fried egg!

Get 2 lbs. of sausage meat. Flatten it out, and put the pulled pork in the middle. You can add other stuff if you want. Mold the sausage meat around the pulled pork and make a sort-of meatloaf. Then wrap the whole thing in bacon. Either bake it in the oven or cook it on the grill. If you want to do it right, though, throw it in a BBQ smoker for a couple of hours.

grill 2 portabello mushrooms for about 10-15 minutes and use those as your buns, instant awesome sandwich.
Burgers are especially great with this, I add a slice of tomato and red onion (grill those on top of the mushrooms for even more flavor)
You could also wrap the pork in a hearty piece of lettuce

Over easy eggs have been cooked in a frying pan, but very lightly on one side, and the yolk is runny.
Over hard would mean cooked on both sides until the yolk isn't runny.
Pulled pork is a barbecued pork butt (shoulder) slow-cooked in a smoker, shredded, and loaded with barbecue sauce. Different US Regions do it differently, but I've mostly seen it served on a white bread roll with coleslaw.

Yes. Yes you are.
Over easy eggs are fried eggs, cooked on both sides, with the yolk still runny.
Pulled pork is slow-cooked pork butt or shoulder (not the actual "butt" of the pig, it's just called that), that is so tender after cooking it can be pulled apart by hand or with forks. It's often cooked in American Southern barbecue (BBQ).
