No sir, can't be a tax on me. I make less than 250k; the President said he wouldn't raise my taxes.
Romney promises to fix things by repealing ObamaKare and replacing it with RomneyKare. The difference being that the tax money will go to the insurance companies that Romney likes instead of the insurance companies that Obama likes.
Boy, I thought this would go 5-4 the other way... didn't expect them to vote the way they did. It seems the court was just as divided as the American people. Not a big fan of the ruling but I get why people like it... hell, I'd have no health insurance if not for this ruling right now (still on my parents) but I don't feel right about it.
Well, that's it. The law is set in stone cause there's no way our congress is gonna pull their shit together and agree on something better.
