Yes, we miss you!
And we were just getting ready to start a sugar addict support group:)
I might be ready to start now, I just finished the last of the Christmas Dark Chocolate Toblerone bar.

Happy Newyear Judg! Hope you're not online because you're having fun with friends and family and we'll see you soon!
Hellloooooo Judg? Are you out there? Missing you here - been quiet on your side of things, probably anything but quiet at your home with holiday stuff. Are you recovering from the house guests? Hopefully you are well...
I sent a PM - no answer...............
I hope she is okay......
We are all missing you Judg! Long time since we heard from you. Hopefully you are having a lovely time with your family and are not too tired out either!
Yes, I had a lovely time with my family, and yes, it tired me out completely. I fell off the grid altogether really. I'm sorry for not nipping in to let you know I was okay, but I get this stupid idea that if I come in, I have to catch up on everybody, and I just didn't have the energy for it. :(
Still and all, other than being tired and still having a lot to catch up both in the house and online, things are not too bad. I gained weight over Christmas, but have more or less taken it back off again, and am ready to look for new lows. I completely fell off the exercise wagon, but have got in a little walking over the last few days. One day probably too much, and knocked myself backwards again. Oh well.
For the first time in years, everybody in the entire extended family was in one place at one (actually two) time, so we took family portraits. This was my eldest son's gift to the family. He has a high-falutin' camera, with a new gizmo on it that enables him to control it from his iPhone, so he could stand with the family, check the photo on his screen, and activate the shutter too. There were 23 or 24 of us in the picture, I will have to count. Ages ranged from 7 months to 84 years. This was a very precious thing, because the great-grandparents are getting fragile, and getting everybody together is always a challenge. It will probably never happen again.
I will try to get around to everybody's journals over the next day or two or three, but I've really got to go tackle some of the backlog around here. It will go slowly, because I still don't have all my energy back. Oh well.
Glad you had a nice holiday and also glad you are back!
Hope your energy returns quickly.
+1
Great way to hit the ground running again? A reset! Leptin reset, Sisson's 21 day body transformation, The Hartwig's Whole30 (I'm in this camp right now and LOVIN IT!), 21 day sugar detox... the works... What better way to start the year than to kick start the paleo?
