2 eggs over easy, and collards cooked in lard and chicken broth
Just tucking into a mug of soup left over from last night.
I ate porridge, one boiled egg and one bowl of mix fruits and vegetables. And feeling fresh and healthy. I think it is the best breakfast.
X2 Hard boiled eggs & half a can of tuna.
Sliced ham, grated cheese and coleslaw.
1 rasher bacon, 2 eggs, salad leaves, knob of butter on the yolks. Lunch will be optional.
I had a bit of time this morning so had roasted sweet potato and cherry tomatoes, sauteed kale and garlic and two eggs fried in butter. Oh and a coffee with pouring cream. yum.
3 rashers of bacon, 3 eggs, all fried in home-rendered grass-fed tallow, topped with grass-fed butter. Will probably keep me going until suppertime!
2 rashers of dry-cured, thick cut, unsmoked back bacon with 2 97% pork, gluten-free sausages.
Always keeps me going until well in the afternoon.
