Didn't eat breakfast today, which is amazing for me! Had an awesome lunch of my version of Beef Stroganoff. Slowed cooked some leftover grass-fed brisket with homemade beef broth, sliced onions and portabellos. Added a tablespoon full of extra rich sour cream. Delish!

0.6 lbs ground beef, two egg yolks, butter,
parsley and raw liver juice
Berries, Nuts & Cream with coconut flakes and cinnamon.
1 hard boiled egg
Smoothie (milk, yogurt, coconut milk, cream, avocado & berries with chia seeds, flax, dulse flakes, 1/2 apple and cinnamon)
I have found a great breakfast smoothie, that really satisfies me.... Coconut milk, with almond milk, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1 scoop casein protein, one scoop of whey... the casein is a slow releasing protein, wih the whey being a fast release... This holds me over for hours.. The eggs just don't keep me satisfied.... If looking for a litle more carbs, can add half a banana to this smoothie.... Tastes great!!
Try coconut milk, with almond milk, do 2 tablespoons of almond butter, 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop casein protein.. Your shake didnt fill you up, because the whey is a fast acting protein, and you need to add more fat..... The casein releases over hours, and holds you over longer!!
I will be having 2 large chicken legs just as soon as they are roasted.
Plate of scrambled eggs, 1 avocado, raw mozza cheese, topped with chopped bacon and a glass of whole milk.
Same thing as I do most days, nothing!
