I haddd to tell about this.
Carmelized about 1/4 of a red onion in bacon fat, added in 1/2 a roma tomato and let that cook for about 2 mins. Then I added in chopped up nitrate free sausage and then cracked 2 eggs. Scrambled it all together and sprinkled feta cheese on top. WOW..It was heaven.

Okay so I officially ate brekkie... at 2pm. LOL.
Sauteed: onion, artichoke hearts, grilled asparagus (leftover) in bacon fat.
Added 4 egg whites and a sprinkle of cheese.
Served w/ 1/2 avocado and sour cream w/ homemade roasted tomatoes from last summer.
Ate w/ a almond-coconut flour scone w/ kerrygold butter and fruit jam (no sugar).
Tea and cream w/ 1/2 pkt stevia.
Wow that was good. Im full.

I had 3 strawberries, 2 pieces of thick cut bacon, 1 egg plus 1 egg white, a small chunk of coconut meat, and some water.

Some chicken breast and a leg, then some Russian yogurt with blueberries.

Grossed my wife today with a protein/fat shake.
2 Cans of Sardines + 2 Strips of Bacon + 3 raw eggs.
Loved it. I think I will fast the rest of the day.

yikes!!!!! Whenever I think sardines, I think salty.. were they really salty?

4 whole eggs in butter with leftover shrimp and side salad mmmmmmmmmmmmmm :)

4 Egg omelet w/ bell pepper and avocado cooked in Coconut oil, topped with salsa.
