Don't feel bad...I'm the other non-exerciser in the crowd! Read Mark's blog post...I do good to walk period & I can't even do that well. I have osteo-chondritis (otherwise known as a joint mouse) in my right knee...so it doesn't bend much when I walk. I can sit down & it bends...slowly...but something about the movement of walking normally won't work. Those of you old enough to remember...I walk very similar to Chester on Gunsmoke! I actually need a knee replacement...but ain't gonna happen with no insurance. *sigh* Guess I just am gonna have to swing my kettleball more often.

Okay, here was yesterday:
Up at 5:15
Vitamins- I added a multi vitamin to my D and fish oil
10:30 pork chop
2/3C fried apples
1C kale
3 sqs dark chocolate
2:00 4 oz swiss cheese
walking: 38"
6:30 pizza!
flour-less chocolate cake
ice cream !
raspberries
Bed at 8:00
The crust of the pizza was not as good as I thought it would be. I'll try to remember that for next time, and chose something different. The toppings were delicious, however.
I did a walk to the post office and library, which took 38 minutes. Planning a full hour today. I like to have a destination when I walk, unless I am doing a nature walk. And with gas what it is, I won't be driving many places just to walk. So today, I am going to trek to the farther grocery store for my veges. It should be over an hour, round trip.
I will have more ice cream today, if I feel like it. Semi-planned indulgence. The flourless chocolate cake didn't turn out that great. I'm going to offer the family another piece if they want it, then toss the rest. No snacking on it just because it is there.

Happy (belated) birthday, Sabine!
My DS1 was due on the 22nd and was born the 26th (january), DS2 was due on 31st and born on 26th (May), DS3 was due on a 26th, and although doc told me I wouldn't get to this date and he would be born early...he was actually born (induced birth!) 10 days late (November 5th)!

Is swimming an option for you?
I like walking and try to do a fair bit, but I can't do an hour in one shot, or I will be immobile for two weeks afterwards. So I won't be taking up this challenge. It is already part of my daily mindset to see where I can work in some exercise; I will just try to be more diligent with that. I'm still trying to figure out how to work in strength training and the occasional sprint.
Sabine, was that the pizza recipe from MDA? My crust didn't work out as expected either. The dough was thick and sticky, instead of runny like it was supposed to be. I'm going to try again, but if it doesn't work I'll be scouting out other options.

On no, that was take-out pizza! It was a VERY non-primal meal. Put a check in the 20% box. :)
