Just thought I'd put this out there...
I've noticed that my hair doesn't get as oily in between washing it (usually I wash it every other day otherwise my scalp gets really dry and itchy - which I'm hoping will also improve with eating more fat and protein and fewer carbs).
Anyone else? Just me?
I used to have the same problem.
I think that getting adequate sleep is the most important thing that helped me.
Are you sleeping better, since you changed your diet?
Eh, I'm getting about 8 hours a night, but I don't think it's diet-related. School's out and I don't have to be anywhere in the morning so I just sleep till I wake up. It's nice.
But the oily hair thing has been a problem as long as I can remember post-adolescence.
