Don't get too excited; my Costco STOPPED carrying it recently because it wasn't selling well. (Guess people are loading up with the large economy size of I-Can't-Believe-it's-Not-Butter.)

the evoo, sadly, did not firm up in the fridge as it should have. I suspect it is a blend.
I'm delighted that someone in this thread mentioned wild frozen blueberries, THANK YOU. We stock up now every time we go to Costco...that and grass fed organic ground beef, and chicken!
Different Costco locations have different stuff I guess...
Lamb
Almond butter
Ethical Bean coffee
Spring Creek beef
Fresh pesto
Recently, they started carrying Kerrygold cheese
Prosciutto
Organic eggs
Frozen organic berries and vegetables
organic ground beef
rotisserie chicken
canned sardines
Kerrygold butter
mini bell peppers
mini cucumbers
tomato sauce (kirkland brand does not have added sugar)
WISH they carried Kerrygold butter here.
Just started getting the pickled herring, which is excellent. I also highly recommend the Kirkland EVOO from Spain that just came in about a month ago, 2 bottles for $12. Also: wild fish (various), oysters (when avail.), King Oscar sardines, heavy cream, veg or fruit sometimes, cheese (various - their triple creme rocks), bigassed cans of San Marzano tomatoes (for $3.50!), macadamias (when will they be back???) and marcona almonds (occasionally)...
The Kirkland Balsamic is the best I've ever tasted!! I could drink it straight out of the bottle! Not organic but it's by far the best 80/20!
You guys are making me sad. (Kidding) I still get some things from Costco.com - organic coffee on a regular basis. Also, if all goes as planned, we'll have a Costco here by summer 2013. I'm psyched.
packs of romaine lettuce (6 romaine hearts for $2.99 -- best deal anywhere)
rotisserie chicken
Kirkland brand frozen berry mix (3-berry combination) -- use it in my smoothies
Kerrygold cheese
Organic produce, when available
Free-range organic eggs (we suspect they are Wilcox eggs in WA, which is actually pretty well rated for humane treatment)
Jarred artichoke hearts (packed in olive oil!)
Canned wild tuna (Planet Wild (?) brand)
Jeans
Batteries
LED bulbs
Mobil 1 for our car
Printer ink for our printer
Q tips/bath tissue/facial tissue/"feminine" stuff
Kitty litter
