I wish we had Costco. We have BJs, not as good. :(
We have both, but BJs is closer so I shop there. I buy their ground bison, and they do have packages of Applegate Farms lunch meats.
Spinach, other produce if it looks good (brussel sprouts, mushrooms, asparagus, sugar snap peas), smoked salmon, ahi, scallops, p roscuitto, organic chicken, australian lamb, organic milk, berries, almonds, pecans, walnuts, organic olive oil, organic cheeses, kerrrygold butter, organic butter, organic eggs (when our ladies stop laying), macadamia nuts, cashews, organic apples, organic salsa, organic canned tomatoes. On the occasional list: beef, bacon, jerky,... Oh and batteries, lightbulbs, some vitamins, etc.etc. And of course, wine, beer, and single malt scotch with an occasional bottle of Patron just in case of emergencies.
It is about the only shopping experience that I will tolerate.
I don't have any detailed knowledge of how Coleman raises it's cattle, but usually "organic" just means that the cows are fed organic corn. If it doesn't say "antibiotic free", you should avoid it for sure. It's probably from a feedlot. I try not to buy any meat in the store, with the exception of the local grass fed beef that Whole Foods sells. Also, I buy their chickens in the winter. They are organic and anti-biotic free, but I don't think they are raised properly with a proper chicken diet.
Don't quote me on this but I believe organic meat is automatically antibiotic free.
The olive oil is good quality... Extra Virgin Cold Pressed.
...but Costco eggs seem to be a decent choice and I eat a lot of them.
False, they are some of the lowest rated eggs actually: The Cornucopia Institute
These look to be somewhat close though: The Cornucopia Institute
Oh and I forgot coconut milk and organic diced tomatoes (canned).
Let's see: coconut milk, organic butter and Kerrygold butter, organic bacon, frozen wild blueberries, frozen wild sockeye salmon fillets, frozen organic brocolli, organic whole chickens, organic ground beef (just bought it in a pinch, it doesn't say grass fed), scallops. I can't get organic whole milk or whole fat yogurt, those are the two things I wish I could find. And I like the size and the yellower yolks of my Wal-Mart's organic eggs better, Costco's always seem so small.

I am curious and would like you to do an experiment. Put it in the fridge overnight and see what happens to it.
