Sorry to hear about the stress but glad to hear you are primal! And I love that quote!
Here's one I love, from Adam, on Mythbusters: "I reject your reality, and substitute my own."

I love your quote. Aren't quotes fun, when they are simple and really say it all?
Day 4 of being pleased with my primal intake. Wondering if I should list the foods I am intaking??
List if you are ready too... I've found my time here that people get nervous about listing though... So it's up to you. What I've found when times get tight is that it's sometimes good to just list what I had eaten that I shouldn't have. How you feeling though? Something must have called you back here to try again so I'm excited to hear how your progress is coming!
Okay! Here's one.
BRUCE LEE did not eat wheat because he thought it was bad for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone thought he was crazy!
Yeah, you probably all already knew that. Well, I'm a definite lover of most things Chinese, but I didn't know that!
Lopisheep SO happy to see you're back - I have missed seeing you around! Enjoying the quotes and I didn't know that Bruce Lee didn't eat wheat, cool! Looking forward to seeing lots more of you, minus the stress. List if you want, don't if you don't want! It is your journal so do it the way that works for you. And just because you do it one way one day, it doesn't mean you can't change it the next :)
I didn't know that, and that inspired me to read more about Bruce Lee on the internet than I would have imagined.
Hi Pam, I'm so glad to see you back! I hope you're feeling better now :) .
I didn't know that about Bruce Lee either!
Pam, so proud of you for going 'super primal'! I really hope you feel good and do well on this! Going 'off' doesn't work for me at all ... i just end up wiping out and it takes time to get going again! It does sound like you are really busy! Moving is always very busy and stressful, even when it is a good move.
That's a lot of moving, Pam! Make sure to get some rest too!
