I think the rows might be helping me feel stronger with the pullups. They feel easier to do. I try to grease the groove with the rows and also with the pushups.
I've been bad with carbs lately, but I want to lose weight and be more comfortable. I have an appointment with the orthopedic surgeon in a couple of weeks, and I'll be asking about options regarding my hip. I hate not being able to walk or exercise like I want to.
Just got my hip replaced, but I may be able to do pushups and suspension strap rows. I'll try it one of these days when I feel a wee bit stronger.
