Raptoryell, do you do any carb loading after training? I train jiu jitsu as well (tried muay thai...stopped after the inside leg kicks class, here is [URL="https://sphotos-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-snc7/375951_10151227686893385_1788306032_n.jpg"]a pic[/URL] of the pain I had no desire to ever revisit) and am always looking for tips on getting enough carbs.
