And I'm back again!
Soon to be gone again too... ugh! More traveling. Bleh!
But anyway... I'm GOOD!
I tried to lower my meds further immediately upon getting home and it was touchy, but after fidgeting around a bit with it I'm at ONE dose per day of the med I'm lowering! And doing well at that so far...
While away and since home I stuck to my plan since it's such an important part of my medical/health care as well... and continued to lose weight at my normal slow and steady pace of a Lb or so a week.

Resolve spends a LOT of time with me... that must be why he isn't available to spend time with anyone else!
You have know idea how much baking my sister-in-law did while I was at her house!!!
I even mentioned that I could eat something like a real baked cheesecake is she baked that, and she said "Nah, I'm in the mood for lemonbundtcake,cranberrypecanpumpkinbread,gingercookies,brownies,etc..." AHHHHHHHHHHH!
Yeah, she actually baked all of those things... the lemon frosted lemon bundt cake TWICE.
I ate none of it.
Though I did push my sodium intake limits a good deal once by indulging in some pork rinds... party scenario and there were tons of potato chips and nachos. I bought something I could feel better about snacking.
Many nights there actually to cooked a separate meal for myself, though their meat is top notch. Mostly locally farmed, or wild game/fish.
Or I just took over the kitchen for the night and cooked for everyone a primal style meal with rice or potatoes on the side.
They didn't make a fuss, and I didn't mind.

So, still trying to figure out: is the Shriner a bonus? Or a penance? I guess it depends on the Shriner.
