Primally kosher- my blog
I just started a blog as well. Wanted to combine being primal/paleo ( I waffle between the two)and kosher. I'm using wordpress, so I don't know much about advertising, tags yet, mark up, interface and more. Ideally I would like it to become a resource for those keeping kosher and wanting to be healthier.
Also can you get guests to post?

I like the blog. Wish you the best. I'll be coming around.
You might like to check into Jordan Rubin. He also 'ate himself out of crohn's disease'. He isn't exactly 100% paleo or primal, but comes close. Might be nice for some cross reference. An interesting story anyway. His before and after pictures alone show how proper diet over part of a year takes you from sick looking. scarecrow to fit looking young man.

Hardly anyone ever posts to my blog. i don't know if I have the settings wrong or what. I do get moderate traffic.

Hedonist: Just perused your blog----also nice. I won't touch corn or peanuts. Never.
One thing to tease about. Chile is a Spanish dish made with beans and tomatoes, sometimes adding peppers. Americans added meat and called it chile con carne. The "con carne" means "with meat". What Texans call chile, though tasty, is not in any way chile. Needs beans.
Lo siento mucho pero eso es la verdad.

I've checked out Jordan Rubin's work. I have his Restoring Your Digestive Health Book. I'm currently reading the Yeast connection. Yesterday it was muggy and I felt spent, and they covered that in the book. Warm and damp environments are great for fungus.

The threads has been hijacked from earlier anyway. I only have 18 views on the site. New article too. I need to study up on how to grow my readership.
