How Primal are you: 75%, when our finances straighten out we will start buying more organic, grassfed, etc.
Do you consume dairy: Yes, I am a real cheesehead.
Do you drink coffee or tea: Both. the caffeine helps keep the ADD in check
Motivator for switching to Primal: lose weight, lost the 15 pounds I wanted, general health and wellbeing.
Favorite exercise: I use my 2 year old as barbell, he helps me count and we have a lot of fun exercising together.
Favorite Primal food: Bacon, of course. Bacon makes it better.
Best part about being Primal: General feeling of being healthy. My wife is not Paleo, but she eats whatever I cook and we both have been feeling generally better.
Worst part about being Primal: I kind of miss bread. Also getting the kids to eat green stuff is really hard.
