I drink one coffee every morning.
Was inspired to check out the Primal lifestyle by an eye doctor who lives by it.

Motivator for switching to Primal: I was sick of constantly feeling hungry on the 'low-fat diets' I used to use and wanted to start eating real food.
Favorite exercise: Running intervals and resistance training
Favorite Primal food: Braised oxtails and bacon
Best part about being Primal: Feeling really satisfied after making a good meal

The benefit is the numbers of patients with diabetes, pre-diabetes and hyperlipidemia who have gotten off their meds with this lifestyle.
Favorite exercise: Resistance training, bench press in particular.
Favorite Primal food: Steak
Best part about being Primal: I love the sense of community and the positive energy that comes from spreading the message and seeing the results as others embrace the Paleo/Primal way!

Best part about being Primal: The health benefits, weight loss-people seeing this and asking me about the diet. If I can help one person better their life that would best part.

Worst part about being Primal: When my high LDL/low HDL was diagnosed a few years ago I didn't like the statin they gave me so I stopped eating meat & started eating fish - that helped, so I am not v keen on the idea of going back to eating meat (don't miss it), but meat seems to feature heavily in Primal. Also, seems hard to find some of the things in the Primal Cookbook here in the UK.
