Nut Butter Cookies
I'm in a play, and one of the characters is a compulsive eater. I would like to provide some remotely healthy cookies for her character to chow down on. Can anyone provide me with some nut butter cookie recipes? I would like to do chocolate chip, if possible, but I'm equally happy with no bake stuff. The fewer ingredients the better.
I have some on my blog. I can link you directly when I get home, unless you don't mind a little scavenger hunt on my site- LOL
The hunt is on like donkey kong!
EDIT: not finding them under your recipes. Need to get them going ASAP. Show is in a few hours.
Real quick before I get into trouble...

Just how many cookies are you going to be eating? Rice cakes might be a better idea.
Found what I was looking for here:

I used white chocolate peanut butter & white chocolate chips, substituted stevia for sugar and vanilla stevia for vanilla. Added 2 eggs. They will be out of the oven in 5.
EDIT: I know peanut butter is a no no, but my mom (who helped do the work of making these guys), split one of the cookies with me. VERY TASTY! I bet they would rock hard core with some maple almond butter and dark chocolate chips. Keep 2 eggs, eliminate all the extra sugar.

I'm not going to be eating them. One of the characters in the play is. The play takes place a long time ago, so I wanted to have some "old fashioned" treats for her to nibble on mid-sentence :)
