I'm making meatza for dinner tonight and was curious to see if any of you that have made it before, add some spices to the meat before cooking the base? If you do, please just list the spices. I can't view too many links as I am at work right now.

I've used oregano, garlic and salt
I bought the pizza seasoning from Penzy's Spices yesterday and used it in that flax-meal/egg "muffin" recipe that's been going around and it was fantastic; smelled just like a pizza parlor in here.

Omg this sounds delicious! Totally posted it on Facebook and totally making it.
Totally.
:)
I've been wanting to make this for awhile now and I figured tonight would be a good night for it. I have such a hard time finding primal dishes that my oldest daugther will eat and enjoy. I'm hoping this does the trick.
I've made it, pic and recipe here: http://stuffimakemyhusband.blogspot.com/2011/02/meatza.html
My husband LOVES it with sausage-type seasonings because then it tastes just like a sausage pizza. Basically Italian herbs, fennel seed, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Hmmm, what if I added some sausage to the meat mixture as well? I could definitely do that I believe.
Used this recipe and couldn't get enough!
