Have you ever driver down to A&M? All the sheep back up to the fence.
I really don't know shit about Florida school, but I do know the correct response is "Guns up!"
You must be a TT fan/grad.....
please Naiad - put me out of my misery - what is A&M ????????????
Gwamma is ditsy at the best of times................
I believe she is refering to Texas A&M, abbreviated A&M (cuz its the best A&M there is.. I personally prefer A&W but thats beside the point...) which I believe is for Agricultural & Mechanical
Texas A&M University is one of the state public universities, as is my alma mater, Texas Tech University. All 3 state schools consider each other rivals (although it may have changed in terms of football.) I do know that TTU engineering grads are more sought after than engineer grads of the other two.

A&M joined a real conference, and, as such, are the best Texas school in terms of football.

However... the ONLY proper Texas football school is the UT Longhorns.
It is KNOWN> Uber alles! :p
My grandaddy was from them parts.
My grandaddy was never wrong. ;)

perhaps when grandaddy was out there running around in a leather helmet this was true....
Eh, I find it funny that they took A&M, considering their record was almost as good as Baylor's. I guess they needed another punching bag. I really don't care about college 'ball. Hell, I really don't care about professional ball unless the Bears, Packers, or Cowgirls are playing.

It's true... all you needed for football OR flying a military airplane back then was a leather helmet!
It was sweet.

A&M was a top 10 team last year. They finished 7th I think. They also had the Heisman Trophy winner.
Edit: I was wrong. They finished 5th. 5 of the top 10 teams were from the SEC.
Texas finished 19th. Not too shabby. Baylor went 8-5, Texas 9-4, A&M 11-2
