Thanks P. I will give it a look. My issue with BMR is that if I visit 3 different sites I get 3 different answers. Everything from 1800-2600 calories. That is a huge swing.

Exactly. People say that there are term limits already, 'just vote for the other candidate.' Yeah, well people tend to vote for the one that gets them things, and the longer you are there the more you can get.

Yup, which is why Congress might have an approval rating of 19% but everyone's individual senator/rep has one far far higher.

Don't forget to multiply your bmr by the harris benedict equation for activity.

No, about 3 hours south of Sherrif Joe, and only one of my senators sucks so far. Jury is still out on the second.
