I'm making Israeli salad and crustless quiche (sausage and green onion).
So food today: piece of quiche (crustless), one tandoori chicken thigh with some salad and cauliflower and a hard-boiled egg, and a western omelet with two OM eggs. And coffee (large quantities)
Today at the hospital I made - pumpkin and swiss chard lasagne, white cheddar and sage potato gratin, tiramisu, meatloaf, salmon cakes, spaghetti squash and hmm...yeah, my memory sucks.
I don't remember hospital food being so gourmet. How long does your hospital internship last?

Until Dec 17th, and yeah, we put out some pretty good food.
Can I just come eat at your hospital? Seriously. That's some good eats.

Yup, public is welcome.
Food today was...
coffee and a piece of crustless quiche
a sausage with chopped veggie salad
some greek yogurt with black berries
a turkey leg with roasted cauliflower
I'm ready for this semester to be over. Seeing my wife 2 days a week and only getting 4 hours of sleep a night is getting very old, very fast. Hell, it was old in September, now it is downright f*cking annoying.
The plan for today is to try to stay awake at work and then to start getting Thanksgiving stuff put together - cutting all the veg, dusting, vacuuming etc. I might make the stuffing (paleo) and gravy (paleo) tonight. Then tomorrow I can do the cauliflower, brussels, and greenbeans.
I'm contemplating making a crustless no-sugar cheese cake but I am not sure I want to ingest over a cup of splenda. Plus if it is not real food why the frack bother?
Oh wells, we shall see.
Why not stevia instead of splenda? That seems much less bad.

Oh, I meant stevia. Sorry, all the artificial sweetner things jumble together in my head.
Though, that said, I have no idea why one would be better than the other (not judging either just I really have no idea)
