[/code]m going to input my food intake into sparkpeople.com with altered goals. I want to have my carbs somewhere between 50-100g.
Breakfast: coconut flour pancakes with butter and syrup (ouchy) need to find something else to put on my pancakes... homemade jam with no sugar maybe... hmmm I`ll have to think on it. Bacon, glass of milk.
Lunch: 4 thin slices of ham with cheese melted on top, rolled up. Really yummy, and I used hardly any cheese!
Dinner: Braised pork shoulder, blt salad with mixed greens and baby spinach and homemade dressing.
A pretty good day, other than the maple syrup. I guess I should try honey on my pancakes?
