Grass fed pig stuff!
Baron's Farms in Washington State has pastured bacon (= pigs:-)). Their beef and pork is all grass fed. Their bacon ends are to die for. No nitrates, no junk. I haven't checked on sugar content, but check them out online. They have, like, 12,000 acres or something. Their chickens are on grass too. Lots of rotation going on. Pretty darn sound
