So, I told hubby I was going to make a meal plan on Friday. It's a good thing I didn't, because Friday he told me that we should do "cheap Primal" again. He then told me not to buy any more cheese because he wants to try cutting out dairy.
I think my husband was replaced while I was out of town...
Meal Plan for this week, or "That's a Lovely Theory, But What's for Dinner?"
D - Meatballs & Sauteed Zucchini (making up 5 tons of meatballs....ok, maybe just 4 pounds and saving the other pound for the burger patties)
D - Ham & Slime (Broccoli cooked with Velveeta that's almost a soup, but not quite)
L - LO Ham and Slime
D - Mini Egg Pizzas (from Eat Like a Dinosaur - basically little egg muffins with tomato, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and whatever other pizza toppings you want in them)
L - LO Egg Pizza
D - Burger Patties with Spinach in them
L - LO Egg Pizza/Burger Patties
D - Hot Wing Drumsticks
L - LO Drumsticks
D - Meatballs & Broccoli Slaw
L - LO whatever
D - Chicken Nuggets (from Eat Like a Dinosaur - almond flour breading)

I think I figured out why I'm having issues with getting too much sugar in my diet.
I've been eating raisins at work. I was probably putting half a cup in a bag - that's 62 carbs, according to the package. I divvied up the rest of the package into 1/4 cup services, and am not going to take them every day anymore.
Somebody needs to remind me that corn is bad. My body hates it enough that it can completely expel it in about and hour and a half...

Apparently poly-phasic sleep agrees with me. I had to get up at 5-something to take hubby to the airport. I came home, went back to bed...and slept until 11.
I haven't been able to sleep in much past 8 for a while.
So, this is going to be a bit TMI for some people.
I think I know why my iron is normally low. HEB quit carrying the pads that I like, and then the pads I bought to replace them started breaking me out, so I decided to try a Diva Cup. They say you shouldn't have problems with overflowing it because it'll hold an ounce and the average period is only an ounce. Apparently my period isn't average, as I managed to fill it overnight...
