6 lbs and Spring Break. Your life is golden :) I am on Spring Break too as of 1 hour and 20 minutes ago and I am so very very happy! Wow I need the break. Do something fun Paula not just work!! And don't type cast yourself. Look at everything before you decide :)
Yes, The first audition is iffy because I plan to go in there asking for a specific role. All the more nerve racking due to auditioning for people that I don't know. The role in hairspray is probably mine if I show up for auditions.
So we went out for sushi. Macros really messed up. I will probably not weigh tomorrow or take FBS.
Oh then it will be a great experience whether or not you get the role.
I dont know sushi places well, but can you get the good stuff without the rice?
I ate the sushi with the rice and a ton of soy sauce.
Sunday we are going to the beer tasting event at a local microbrewery. There will be food there from local restaurants. Monday will be the clean re induct. I probably won't lose much this week.
Everything was up today as expected, but not horribly. It feels like my body must be healing on this program to have such a small reaction to yesterday's food intake.
I will make a week starting report on Monday.
On Sunday, plan a normal breakfast and then I will eat a "linner" at the beer tasting. I will try to be as Primal as I can except for the beer.
2)groceries, maybe tomorrow after beer :)
3)Pick audition song(s)-practice
4)clean house with boys
5)Create to do list for vacation
I thought the beer-tasting was off?

No, there was some question that we would not have the money to attend, but we have an american express gift card that we got for xmas. We are going to use that.
That's great. I hope y'all enjoy it.
^^What she said.
We have to live life and sometimes that means not eating exactly the way we think we should. We make up for this in the joy of participating in the life we have been given. I am convinced it evens out somehow.

I need to remind myself of this this week. We are at Disney World and choices are limited. I plan to fast as much as possible when options aren't great. I plan to keep a running tally of all the stuff I don't eat to feel some success as the prices for this crap food are just Yikes!
