OMG I was so focused on the final weigh in and new thread, I forgot my lunch at home. Now I have to brave the HS cafeteria.
Odd, I actually had a moment of panic when I realized that I did not have my food.

Oh man, I did that one of the first days that I went from half to long days. I just skipped it and drank lots of tea. I work near a college campus and most choices are not good. I figured it wasn't worth the money, and I really didn't get hungry, I would have braved one of the eateries if I had gotten hungry though. I don't do well when my hunger becomes extreme.
did you bring broth with you?? Could that help tide you over if you can not find something that will align with what you need?
I had a beautiful salad with chicken and cheese, and a water for $3.50
can't beat that!
You are inspiring on ALL fronts! :) Only 3 binge days is STELLAR!!! and 18 pounds is worthy of HIGH PRAISE! I'm going to copy you're every move............. stalker alert!!!!! :)
Here's to a SLIMMER and more controlled February! :) Cheers!
Yeah, get your blood tested ASAP. Especially if you're bruising now and oxygen is low, that isn't a good sign. My BIl came close to passing out from that on the job once.
This is what worried me (until I learned all this was posted yesterday and that things are better now). I was worried about you passing out while teaching (and scaring all those poor kids) or passing out while driving... Eeek!
DEER are expensive to hit..1800 for me
$5,000 for me. Took out both headlights, grill, front bumper, hood, driver's side quarter panel, driver's side door and driver's side passenger door (I drove a Chevy S10 then). Sucked big time...
One more thing... head over to my journal. I posted a couple of documents that you might be interested in. They're regarding student loan forgiveness for people in certain career fields. As an educator, you might qualify. Not sure if your hubby would qualify or not as a medical professional/working in a government prison, but he should.

One thing that drove the price up are some parts always break when removed and had to be replaced?
