No, but the guys from the town who came to clean it up probably did.
I have a hunter friend who's wife clipped a young deer one morning. As it was close to home she called her hubby to go get the deer and the rear view mirror it clipped off her car. He said it made the best meat as it was a young buck and that the meat was worth the lost mirror:)
Wish you had a similar story!
I came home and took a nap. The adrenaline wore off about 10 am and I was exhausted the rest of the day. I am skipping the gym tonight. I just can't face going out in 10 degree weather and light snow. I will do my apps again.
I have finished eating for the day. I had 2 oz of cheese and 5oz of steak for dinner which put me over on everything. My macros are still OK. I feel a little like I want food comfort, but no real dangerous binge thinking so far.
I'm at 51 gm of carbs... Oops. Percentages are all out of whack. Would have been fine had I not decided to have mashed potatoes with my deer steaks in mushroom gravy (deer for dinner was in honor of you. :) ) Hopefully I didn't make a vital mistake.
It does work out well for us. He's a mechanic by trade and hobby. We're planning on buying a 1970 Mach 1 Mustang and fixing it up. I've always wanted one.
very jealous geo. i'm putting that in my "someday" jar. :)
sorry to hear about the deer paula. we hit a deer on the way to NY a few years ago (pre-MDA). thankfully we only needed to replace the headlight assembly, which we found in a junkyard for cheap. it was a pretty decent buck, and ex-DH swerved to miss him, so we only hit him with the right side of the car. also crumpled our hood, but they were able to bend it back into place. The deer was not so luck; frigid temperatures and he was badly injured but not fatally. ex-DH put him down with our travel pistol.
Sorry about the deer Paula. :(
Once, long ago, I managed to hit two at once!
Today is the day! I hit a weight that I have not seen in 6 months and I am only 20 lbs up from my 2011 primal low. I am beginning to be a believer in HFLC.
