BF = body fat or best friend or boy friend , depending on context.
BW = body weight
LBM = lean body mass
RP = resting pulse
DH or DW = dear hubby or dear wife
GF = girl friend

GF = grass fed or girl friend

WW = Weight Watchers

GRAS = generally recognized as safe (by the FDA: Food and Drug Administration) ...aka not neccessarily safe

Don't laught but, it took me a while to realize what MDA stood for. I kept thinking Muscular Dystrophy Association...and thinking that wow, there sure are a lot of people on here that have someone they know with muscular dystrophy!!
