I'm seeing less dramatic success than Lady C for sure, but I'm still dropping about 5lbs a month. 156 even this morning. I think I can actually meet my interim goal of mid-150s by July 1. My goal was the low 150s but I revised that a couple of weeks ago to be more realistic. No need to rush a good thing! :)
I'm so thrilled to have found the PB.

Way to go, Belinda!!
57 years old, lost 30 - 35 pounds since last fall, have about ten more I want to shed. Not totally primal/paleo here, but definitely very low carb and emphasis on non-processed foods and pastured meats.
That was a fun read! Thanks everyone!
I'm 51 in a couple of months.

I'm 51 in a couple of days! Hello from just north of you, on the Bruce Peninsula!
I was at a cottage in Oliphant last summer :)
I was just noticing that most of the posters just recently here are all Canadian folks. I am just south in Seattle.
I'm only 46 (and a half!), but can I still play with you guys?
I live in Vegas, not by choice, and I've been eating Primal since early May. I read Primal 101, waited a few weeks, then jumped in. I finally got the book for my Kindle a few weeks ago and just finished it last week. I walk for a living, reading utility meters, so my route can be anywhere from 5 miles to 20 miles of walking in one day (I work 6 days a week). The temperature can be anywhere from 20F to 115F too. I'm probably the only one on these boards lusting after a desk job.
I've lost about 15 pounds so far and about 3% bodyfat. I honestly had no clue Primal was even working at first. I mean, the scale said it was, but I just couldn't see any difference. After a couple of weeks, I mentioned this to The Boyfriend. He handed me a gallon jug of water and said "Feel how heavy that is? That's how much weight you've already lost and you just started!"
I don't really have a goal weight. I'm thinking maybe something around 140 pounds, but I'm very muscular now because of my work, so the old numbers just don't apply anymore. I'm playing it by ear. I feel a little sense of urgency because I know I'll be laid off sometime in the next year (replaced by technology) and my activity level at work makes this so much easier. I'd love to be in a maintenance mode by then.
What will I do then? No clue. I've got a blog that I started a couple of months ago, and I would love to be a writer, but I'm not sure if that's a viable option. Maybe something with dogs. Maybe something with alternative energy... I'm still trying to decide (again) what I want to be when I grow up.
Healthy. Yeah, that's what I want to be when I grow up.
Oh, and smokin' hot in a bikini again.
Welcome RitaRose! Close enough for me....
