[QUOTE=canio6;438719]Amen. It is like the asshats who bitch about overpopulation. Not a single one of them has ever taken my advice. "The only sure fire way to contribute to population control is to kill yourself. Go ahead. I'll wait."
As George Carlin would say, I support suicide. It's the ultimate sacrifice.
Hahahaha! I love it.
Breakfast this morning was 3 eggs scrambled, 6 strips of bacon, and 2 cups of coffee with heavy cream.
Dinner was a big sirloin steak and a salad.
1 tabata of kettlebell snatches
2 tabatas of kettlebell swings
Push-ups 4 sets to failure then 1 set on the knees to failure
Sandbag thrusters 4 sets of 10
12 turkish get ups - 6 left side 6 right side
3 tabatas close together damn near had me puking today. By the time I got to the turkish get ups I was worn the fuck out. After the last get up I just laid there for a few minutes. All in all a good time.
Everyone is always putting music or videos in their journals so I thought I would give it a try. Hopefully I know what I'm doing and it works. If it doesn't, well fuck, it's my journal I guess I can fuck it up if I want.
This is one of my all time favorites, Steve Earle, covering a song by another favorite, Townes Van Zandt.
Just grab the URL from the page the video's on, Dave. Then hit the film button and stick the URL string in the box that appears. Bingo-bango!
OK...I couldn't get it to work, so I just put the link to it for now. I need to learn how to do this shit

And I get this URL where again exactly? (yeah, i'm that bad with computers)
Let's use YouTube as an example. Search for a song you like. When you find it, click on it as though you were going to watch it. Once it's open and playing, copy or cut the URL from the top of the screen. Head on back here and click on the film reel icon when you're creating a post. A box will open up and you just paste the URL from the video page into there. Hit OK and you've embedded a video.
So simple, even a skink can do it.
Right on, bis'natch! <high five!>
Good song, too. I'm gunna have to grab that!
