I live in Austin, TX (Round Rock, actually) and started crossfit and paleo.
Brannon (owner of crossfittx.com) recommended me reading marksdailyapple.com and I eventually bought both primal books.
I just got to chapter 4 and decided to introduce myself.
I started strict paleo about eight months ago and love it. The use of primal is a bit confusing to me, but I think it refers to a lifestyle instead of the diet.
So, what is the difference between paleo and the primal diet (I know what diet means)?
Greetings from a former native Austinite! I think the differance is that Primal is not as strict, and you're supposed to eat more healthy fats, but i could be wrong.
