I was gonna do the 5 Tibetan Rites, but I didn't have time in the morning, I was too sore in the afternoon and its not happening tonight...
Move Slowly, Lift Heavy, Sprint
C25K – week 3, run 3
Sleep, Sun, Play, and Use Your Brain
Bed at 10:30! Awake at 7, but I lay in bed with the Papillons until 8.
My sister called. We were supposed to go running OUTSIDE today, but the radio said it was -14 C. I don’t run in -14 C!
We decided to go into the city and run on the indoor track. I got ready, dropped my Daughter off at school and then picked up my sister.
We were “running” before 10! I did C25K week 3, run 3. I used a counter to keep track of the laps. I had run/walked 3 K by the time I finished the C25K “program” My sister was still running, so I did some walk/sprint laps. When we finished I’d run/walked 4K. I’ve still got a LONG way to go before April 10!
I could really feel my legs afterwards!
We stopped at the grocery store. I spent $80. (Running in the city costs me money!)
I was home by 12:30! I made the same salad as yesterday for lunch, simply because I already had it “saved” in FitDay, and it was easier to repeat the salad than enter new data…
I showered, checked MDA and then played with the Papillons. I had to take my Daughter to physio at 3.
I had bought mangos and red onions (‘cause I had Batty’s mango salad on my mind) so I made a ham pizza to go with the salad. And I just HAD to try the sweet potato fries that I bought today :) I also decided that I was going to make and eat what I wanted tonight, without consciously limiting because I was “afraid” of the #’s.
Oh, yeah, today’s #’s
Total Calories: 1,532
Fat: 97.4 g, 864 C, 63%
Carbs: 87.1 g, 332 C, 24%
Protein: 45.4 g, 180 C, 13%
Not as bad as I thought they would be…
Couch again tonight. There are a bunch of links that were posted on the Reality Check Thread, I’m gonna try to read my way through them tonight. Hopefully I’ll learn something that’ll help…
Good job on the sleep front!
What's your pizza base made from?
A slice of ham :D
Good job on the sleep front!
Look at the time! It's 10:27! I've got to go to bed!
Ha! I love it, what an awesome idea :)
Oh, I also meant to say, kudos on the running. I'm trying to re-motivate myself to exercise. I just can't seem to drag my butt into gear :(
Great job on the running. Hopefully soon you'll be able to get outdoors more often. So much nicer.
Your eats look great and so do the numbers for your daily totals.
And you're making awesome progress on the sleep pattern thing...though I see you're still online...and I believe it's 1110 your time...hehehe

It is an awesome idea! But it wasn't mine.
I think it was originally Batty's idea...

Thanks. Yeah I'm SO ready for the snow and the cold to go away!
I was surprised, I thought the #'s would have been higher...

OK, here's what happened :)
I DID stay on the computer until 10:45, but then I closed my Macbook (without logging off) and got ready for bed.
I was in bed at 11:05
So, yeah, I guess my computer was on-line at 11:10 :D
But it decided to log off sometime during the night, 'cause this morning I had to log back on.
Damn computer has a mind of its own :)
