WOW, W'n'C you got REAL snow! So glad to hear that you and yours are safe. Pups look adorable running through those thoughtfully dug out trails. :)
Fake sweeteners are gross & I think a sensitive palate that helps you avoid them is a very good thing.
Hope you get more good Zzz's tonight.
My children are thrilled with the "REAL" snow (and the accompanying school snow days!)
Thanks :)The pups are having a blast!
Yeah, fake sweeteners are gross.
I've had really good sleep for the past two nights. There must be something to the "sleep before midnight" theory...

oh god I am so envious of you having good nights sleep.

Looks like you got a good workout with all that shoveling. Great that the shovelglove is having benefits! Maybe I need to look more at the shovelglove stuff too, hubby does have a sledgehammer or 2 around.
Nice job on the early bed, too. I'm impressed! I'm much more of a night owl myself, even before working years of rotating 12 hour shifts, but my life is too often not compatible with that. I think you can adapt to the earlier nights along with early morning, just takes some practice. :)

34 Days 12 Hours 4 Minutes
Food
L – Bourbon St Grill Chicken Caesar salad at the mall
S – Grande $tarbuck’s Tazo Chai Latte
D – 2 small glasses of wine, pork loin chops, broccoli, green beans, dates, almonds and goat cheese
Avoid Poisons & Stupid Mistakes
No candy, no chocolate.
Move Slowly, Lift Heavy, Sprint
Does shopping in the mall count?
Or rearranging the furniture so we could set up the NEW 47” TV!!!
Sleep, Sun, Play, and Use Your Brain
Bed at 10:30. I know. 10 pm comes SO early.
It surprises me and then I have all these ‘things’ to do before bed. I ‘putter’ before I go to bed.
About 15 minutes to fall asleep.
No school again today. The custodians had to do a safety check on 14 school in our board.
My daughter was ecstatic! Awake at 7:50, up at 8. Out the door to go shopping at 9.
I went to the city with my Farmer and daughter. We took the truck.
We bought my presents, the Farmer’s presents, and my daughter’s. No surprises this year :)
Then we bought a 47” TV!!!
After supper we rearranged the furniture for the new 47" TV.
We LOVE it! (can you tell :D )
The old one was a 27” with horizontal lines across the top ¼ of the screen.
It’s almost 9:30! How am I supposed to be ready for bed in a half hour?

Thanks
The snow is fun in December.
Not so much fun in March...

I had problems falling asleep last night.
Before I went to bed, at 10:30, I realized I hadn't taken my vitamins & stuff.
So I did.
I wasn't very tired, I laid in bed trying to fall asleep.
About 11:30 I felt sick to my stomach. The nausea lasted over an hour.
I saw 1:20 am on the clock...
I won't be doing that again :(

Your dogs look like they're having a great time in the snow!

sorry you didnt get a good nights sleep. Yeah the vitamins on an empty stomach can play merry hell sometimes. however you were probably over excited about the tv and moving all that furniture got you all awake! you should have tapped the farmer on the shoulder ;)
