Congratulations on finishing your 21 days! If it's working, then stick with it for sure! So long as you want to, of course. :)
By the way, your dinner looks yummy. My dachshund thought so too, as he stared at it for a good while before deciding he wasn't going to get any. LOL

34 DAYS!
Thursday
I was going to make a banana "muffin" this morning, I mashed the banana, added the Macadamia Nut Butter and THEN discovered that we were out of eggs! What to do?? I added some Mascarpone and ate it!

We went into London today and got our passport photos taken and our passports renewed. When we got home we loaded up an old, torn chaise lounge (that used to be my grandmother's) and took it to be re-upholstered. I didn't spend tons of time looking at material - my Farmer was with me. I'll have to go back and do a better search. Here are the 2 materials I'm considering so far:

I think I like the 1st one better.
Then we took my Beetle to have an oil change (I was 6000km over! Yikes!)
When we got home I found the kitties curled up in one of the Butterflies' beds:

Yes, the beds are kinda too big for Butterflies...
Foods
7:30 - Walnut Oil shot
8:30 - Banana, Macadamia nut butter, Mascarpone
9 - Chai with whipping cream
12:30 - Wendy's 1/2 size apple pecan chicken salad (without the sugar coated pecans)*
2 - Walnut Oil shot**
4 - cheese bowl:

5 - Bengal Spice tea while cooking
6 - 2 bowls of hamburger soup with avocado:

I forgot to take a photo of the 1st bowl, this is the 2nd (messy) bowl.
~~~~
* I'm not sure which is "better" for me when I eat "out" at Wendy's: a salad with sugar in the dressing OR a small bowl of chili with beans in it.
** I just realized that I did 2 today - hmm, I forgot about the morning one. Possibly I forgot because it was SO EARLY in the am (for me)
Some good looking food porn going on at w&c's house! Is that macadamias with today's brie and bleu cheese?
I like fabric #1 too. Second is nice too, but the colours of 1 may be more versatile. Sometimes less flowery is better.
+1.
Obviously you're finding what works for you. You haven't been feeling deprived or restricted, and seeing positive results on the scale, so all is good. Excellent progress heading into the Eurotrip. Speaking of which, when you did the treadmill walk, did you have your 5 lb camera bag on you? And how's the trip research going?
I'm at work and can't see the pics! Boo! I'll look when I get home. I love food porn!
I'm just afraid that it will stop working again. I'm trying to document, so I can figure it out if I "stray"
Not the 1st day, but I did today!
Research - I'm 1/2 way through Day 4's tours
Day 33
Friday
Last night my throat was sore, it was ok during the day but it's sore again tonight. When I went to bed I could NOT get warm! After about a 1/2 hour, I got up and put heavy fleece pj pants and a long sleeve top on. About a 1/2 hour later I had to put an extra duvet on my side of the bed!
I walked for an hour on the gym treadmill this morning, carrying a bag with a 5lb weight inside, listening to Balanced Bites. Halfway through I switched shoulders. After lunch we picked up my car from the mechanic's and then I went to my HI Student's. We finished the LAST lessons! My student has one assignment to hand in and he'll be done. Of course, I still have to mark everything...Did I mention how much I HATE marking???
I don't know if I mentioned it, but the Director for the upcoming local play asked me to be her Stage Manager! The play's in 3 weeks! They are having a meeting tomorrow. I said I needed more info before I'd commit (But I probably will) I picked up the script so I could look it over before the meeting. So I should probably get OFF the computer...
32 DAYS!
Saturday
Last night, before bed I had a tsp of local honey (I thought it'd help my sore throat - I think it did) I wasn't sure about taking it, I was afraid it would invite the Dragon back, but she's stayed away! I'm still going to give myself a sticker, 'cause it was not a craving or a desire for sweet, I took it as "medicine" for my throat.
I slept till almost 10 am this morning! I put a conditioner on my hair and finished reading the play. I cried at the end. I'm such a baby. My meeting was at 1:30. I left home early to stop at the upholster's to look at fabric samples. I think I still like the 1st one best. She let me bring 2 sample books home.
Say hello to the Stage Manager of the upcoming play :) It's going to be a very easy job after the last play! Only 2 actors, minimal props, no special effects. One practice, dress rehearsal and 2 performances.
On the way home from the meeting I stopped at the local gym and walked on the treadmill for an hour with my 5lb bag. I listened to another Balanced Bites podcast, but I got bored just walking. I almost quit (from boredom) at 40 min and again at 50min.
We watched Brave with Daughter and I cried at the end. Such a baby.
I still have a sore throat, and now I also have a bit of a headache.
More honey?
Foods
10 - Walnut oil shot
12 - 2 eggs, scrambled with bacon and cream, an avocado, Bengal Spice tea
4 - Walnut oil shot
6 - Chicken Fajitas (well, I made mine in as a salad) romaine, cheese, tomatoes, avocado, fried chicken thighs, fried onions and green peppers. I had 2 bowls.
Honey definitely counts as medicinal, especially since it's local and raw. So sez this nurse. I'd say a sticker is in order for sure.
How are you liking Balanced Bites? It took me a while to really get into them, but I appreciate the female perspective, and they're more about optimizing health rather the weight loss. Lots of good stuff. I'm just up to Nov of 2012, so maybe 8 more and then I'm caught up and will go back to Robb Wolf.
The play work sounds great. Is this paid or volunteer work? Regardless, if you are enjoying it (though the drama of the last one leaves that up in the air), it's all good.
Good! I'm taking honey "on nurse's orders" :)
I'll give myself a sticker!
I'm at March 2012, so a bit behind you. I agree, I like their perspective. I find Robb Wolf a bit too "bro dude" :)
Volunteer. So far, this one looks to be drama free (other than on stage) Several people told me that the last play was NOT a good intro, not what usually happens. Good to know.
31 DAYS!
Sunday
Let's see. My Farmer helped clean house this morning and then I helped him with some on-line "paper work". The afternoon was quiet. Web surfed and watched Stephen King's Christine. My Farmer has the Super Bowl on tonight. Just finished watching the 1/2 time show. I think I'm going to aim for a "decent" (i.e. before midnight) bedtime tonight...
