Food Porn (Hot delicious pictures that get you excited)

I thought I'd start a thread where people can post what awesome dishes they've made.

Here's my most recent dish - NC Grouper with a homemade roasted tomato salsa with peppers. Roasted Eggplant and heirloom tomatoes with farmers cheese.

Looks good, but the chicken looks raw to me (too pink) :-)!

He said it was grouper.

Oh, wow! That looks great! The colors make it look even more appetizing.

Haha yeah, it's grouper not chicken - was very delicious. I topped it off the next night with some Black Sea Bass wrapped in Fig leaves, Sea Salt and Olive Oil - 18 minutes, 9 minutes per side in the Big Green Egg. Oh man was it delicious. Living in NC, I'm also a huge fan of Pork - especially heritage bred hogs fed a diet of 'whey'. I love Chapel Hill Creamery, they have like 0 waste.

Bass in fig leaves looks amazing (as does the rest of it.)
I feel like i should be deleting my browsing history.

I always feel like a pig when I look at other people's food porn. I sure hope everyone that posts food photos goes back for seconds (and thirds...quite possibly fourths). My (huge) plate is always a PILE of food. :P
