Success with it? Im thinking of starting it tomorrow. Could be interesting. Im on about 60 pressups, 20 pullups, 150 squats and 90-100 seconds on plank.
If (for example) my target on full pressups is 50 reps per set, but I can do 60+ in the first set. Should I stop at 50 to conserve energy for the seconds set and hopefully hit the target 50 reps in both sets. OR should I go all out which could mean I will potentially run out of gas on set 2 and not reach the 50 rep target??
