I want to lose 6 pounds before my wedding on Sept 19th. I've been primal for about 6 mos now and am having trouble with these last few pounds. Any advice is welcome!
B: 2 chicken sausages with spinach and feta, 3 strawberries and a T of almond butter
L: 3 c mixed green salad, cup broccoli, half yellow pepper, 2.5 T chicken fat based dressing, can light tuna in water
S: 4 macadamia nuts
