Is it really olive oil? Are the veggies REALLY well-done?
Many people can eat a lot of vegetables jut fine - I'm not one of them. I opt instead for organ meat, eggs, bone broth, some fruits, oysters, and leafy greens which sometimes digest and sometimes don't.
Yeah, that's a lot of meat. But I don't think it's too much. I eat a ton of meat and my health is great.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
