Help! In need of appetizer recipes to bring to a friends house!

A group of friends and I are getting together this weekend at the beach. We're all contributing some food and I need to make some "beach" snacks. They're all "normal" eaters and that's the kind of food they'll be contributing. Any suggestions on some primal snacks I can make (and preferably prep ahead of time)?

    Thanks all!

Isn't it a faux pas to eat only the food that you yourself bring? Why not prepare some "normal" stuff and eat their "normal" stuff and enjoy it?

sausage stuffed dates wrapped in bacon. Your guests will fight over them. You can use ground italian sausage, spicy sausage, chorizo, etc.

Cucumber sliced into thin rounds (1/4" or so?) and topped with little dollops of cream cheese and smoked salmon. Cool and refreshing!
