    I am still new I am currently simmering my 1st pot of bone broth (I know its 107 but I am craving it). Also by accident discovered blackberries dipped in coconut milk- YUM!

    I know these do not seem fancy but I am enjoying this learning process!

    I was hungry but already had a big lunch/dinner a couple of hours ago. I mixed up a couple tablespoons of almond butter, a couple tablespoons of coconut oil (which is liquid now since it's freaking HOT here), about half a teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder and a pinch (if that) of stevia. I tossed it in the fridge for maybe 5 or 10 minutes and it was pretty good.

    Washing it down now with iced decaf green tea.
    Durp.

    It was super delicious!!! Imagine crispy fried chicken, but CHEESE instead of icky breading. I used the drippings to dress the broccoli. :drool:
    Bonus, it was super easy to make!
    I modified the recipe a bit:
    I used grated parm and romano
    sub some CO for butter
    left out parsley and paprika- but I did use some chili powder(i have a 7y/o who would not be fond of spicy chicken).

    Rats with wings, or tasty protein source? Tough one. Though, I would personally opt for the country pigeon and not the city type.

    well my bone broth is a bit week and will not be done today... Cant wait to try that heroin chicken though!

    I'm packing up for a long vacation so I'm trying to use up all the stuff hiding in my freezer. This week I have made bison meat balls, roasted rabbit, thai shrimp salad, lamb kabobs, and tonight we had kangaroo chili.

    I try something new a couple times a week. Otherwise I rotate (randomly) through a number of standards. Tonight, very standard summer fair. Grilled pork chops, grilled zucchini and yams.
